It’sPro Bowl time in Hawaii!  We’re trying to keep our pulse on the various events going around town where you and your guests can catch some of the NFL’s biggest stars.  Getting information on these events has been a bit like pulling teeth as with the new draft system, most people simply don’t know who is coming to town yet, so check back as the Pro Bowl draws closer aswe will be updating this list regularly as more info becomes available.

Wednesday, January 22th – Monday, January 27th

OFFICIAL NFL PRO BRO BOWL MERCHANDISE

Get your official NFL Pro Bowl Merchandise on the lawn at Waikiki Beach Walk daily from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m

Tuesday, January 22nd – Saturday, January 25th

SEE THE PRO BOWL TROPHY

The trophy will be on display all week at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse at the Royal Hawaiian Center.  The trophy will arrive sometime in the afternoon of the 22nd (more details on that shortly) and will be available all day and all night for photo ops between  11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Must bring your own camera.

PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS WITH THE 2014 PRO BOWL CHEERLEADERS

5-6 p.m

The cheerleaders will be at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for a special meet and greet for an hour.

WARREN MOON & THE PRO BOWL HALL OF FAME RECEPTION

6-10 p.m

This is your chance to meet, greet, sit and eat with some of the biggest names in the sport.  Pro Football Hall of Fame Legends, Pro Bowlers, and high profile celebrities will all be seated with guests to enjoy a Morton’s Filet Mignon and Lobster dinner, open bar, live music and high-end silent auction with proceeds benefitting St. Jude Children’s Researchhospital.  Confirmed at this time are Warren Moon of course, (Hall of Fame Quarterback),  Eric Dickerson  (Hall of Fame Running Back), Michael Irvin  (Hall of Fame Wide Receiver) and NBA Legend… Dr. “J” Julius Erving.  Many more names will be announced in the coming 10 days.

1.    VIP ticket to attend the event – Limited seating

WARREN MOON’s ANNUAL PRO BOWL PLAYER PARTY

10 p.m – 4 a.m.

Coming through at the 11th hour — the M at Restaurant Row has picked up Warren Moon’s Annual Player Party starting after the St. Jude dinner.  Party next to some of the top players and celebrities in town for the game.  $25 GA, $50 VIP.  Reserve bottle service and get access to the players private section.  To purchase tickets call 800-443-6295 or email probowlplayerparty@gmail.com.  For bottle service call 529-0010 or email info@mnlhnl.com.

PRO BOWL ALL-STAR BLOCK PARTY

7- 10 p.m.

The ultimate NFL post-season celebration as thousands of people converge onto Kalakaua Avenue which will be filled with multiple entertainment stages. So far we only have the schedule for the stage in front of the Royal Hawaiian Center.  (6:50 -7:00: Legends In Concert, 7:00-7:45: Kawika Trask & Friends,  7:50 -8:20: Ben Vegas & Maila Gibson, 8:25–9:00: Na Hoa,9:05 -9:10: Pro Bowl Cheerleaders and 9:15 – 10:10: Sean Na‘auao) Plan on seeing NFL players, cheerleaders, mascots, local celebrities, food, NFL merchandise, local crafts and more. One lane of Kalakaua will close at 8 a.m. to begin set up with all lanes being diverted at 4 p.m. FREE.

– During the block party, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse will be the host of the official Pro Bowl VIP Party. This is obviously a private, invitation-only event,  but fans outside Wolfgang’s taking pics with the trophy (which is where the trophy goes during the party) will be able to see the players, coaches, cheerleaders, mascots, NFL execs, and other VIPs as they enter/exit the party.

ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTER BLOCK PARTY BEER & WINE GARDEN

4p.m – 11 p.m.

Royal Hawaiian Center will also be hosting its Pro Bowl Beer & Wine Garden during the Pro Bowl Block Party.  Enjoy entertainment by DJ Min One while you quench your thirst in the Royal Grove.  Free admission.  For live entertainment schedule go to www.RoyalHawaiianCenter.com.

THE 8th ANNUAL PROJAM ’14

9:30 p.m – 2 a.m.

Billed at the biggest after party around, head over to Japengo at the Hyatt after the Block Party has ended. 21 & over only. For VIP Table reservations and information call 429-0175.

NFL OFFICIAL SATURDAY NIGHT PARTY

A festive outdoor celebration on the Ocean Lawn of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.Sample delectable regional fare, enjoy a Welcome Specialty Drink and a complimentary bar while enjoying a spectacular sunset, live music and a performance by the Pro Bowl Cheerleaders.  This is a ticketed event but we have not yet found out how much tickets are or where you can buy them.  Someone from the NFL has promised to call me back.

NFL OFFICIAL PRO BOWL TAILGATE PARTY

Enjoy local and mainland cuisine from Hawaii’s premiere restaurants and an open bar. Live entertainment and celebrity appearances. Richardson Field, across thestreet from Aloha Stadium. This is a ticketed event but again, we have not yet found out how much tickets are or where you can buy them.  Someone from the NFL has promised to call me back.

Two concerts in one night. After Los Lonely boys wraps up – the Republik will empty out, reset, and start again.  This time one of Def Jam’s stars, rapper 2Chainz hits the stage for a 18-and-up only show. The Safehouse opens at 10 p.m., The Republik at 10:30 and the show kicks off at 11 p.m.  Tickets $49 in advance.
